“You are the sky. Everything else is just the weather.” —Pema Chodran
Every body is unique and different. We all come equipped with our own complex and beautiful histories, both energetic and physical. Flowbox is a place to cultivate a healthy and happy relationship with your instrument through the practice of yoga. To develop an individualized and holistic toolbox to help navigate the ups and downs of being a human. The physical practice of yoga (asana), can help develop strength, flexibility, balance, and growth in our physical bodies. These qualities expand to the workings of the subtle body and nervous system, calling on the deep well of wisdom embedded in our own biology.
Ultimately, Flowbox is here to meet you exactly where you’re at, and to connect you to the most vibrant experience of feeling alive in your instrument.
